Unbroken

Juvenile Delinquent. Track Star. Olympian. Soldier. Prisoner of War. Christian. Instrument of Forgiveness.

The life of Louis Zamperini reads like an action-thriller. The page-turning biography, Unbroken, depicts an up and down and up story that has fascinated millions of people across the globe and led to the upcoming movie release (of the same name as the book), which is planned for Christmas Day.

I urge you to the read the book. I cannot imagine you being disappointed. Be amazed at his story of perseverance. Yet, the story of his redemtion through Jesus Christ is the joy of joys from his life. He would tell you this and did so while he was alive.

I eagerly anticipate the movie release as many of you do, also. To hold you over until you can make it to a movie theater (not in Greenwood, obviously). Check out the below trailer:

One more thing to note: The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is set to release a new docmnentary on Christmas Day, also. Captured by Grace will be viewable online starting December 25th, and it will be available via DVD as an offer of appreciation with any contribution to the BGEA.
